SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY — VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP

1. WHAT THE VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS

Krebba VIP Club Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that gives members ongoing perks, including discounts on future orders and, at certain membership milestones, store credit. The membership renews automatically every month until cancelled.

2. BILLING

• The VIP Club Membership bills $39.99 per month unless otherwise stated at the time you joined.
• Your billing date is set to the day you first joined VIP and repeats monthly on that date.
• Charges are processed automatically. You will not receive a separate approval request for each monthly charge — this is how recurring subscriptions work, and it is why cancelling before your renewal date matters if you no longer want the membership.

3. HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel your VIP Club Membership at any time, for any reason, with no phone call required and no retention offer forced on you. To cancel:

• Use the subscription management link sent to your email, or
• Log in to your account at trykrebba.shop and go to "Manage Subscription," or
• Email hello@trykrebba.shop with your order email and we will cancel it for you directly.

Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not retroactively refund charges that already processed before you cancelled — see our Refund Policy for how those are handled.

4. PAUSING INSTEAD OF CANCELLING

If you want to keep your membership but skip upcoming charges temporarily, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling using the same subscription management link. A paused membership does not bill until you resume it.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANCEL BY MISTAKE OR MEANT TO CANCEL SOMETHING ELSE

If you placed an order that included a VIP Club Membership and you only meant to cancel or return the physical product (not the membership), or the reverse, contact hello@trykrebba.shop and we will sort out exactly what you intended to cancel. Product orders and the VIP membership are managed separately in our system even when they were purchased together, and we're glad to make sure only the thing you actually want cancelled gets cancelled.

6. IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE A CHARGE

If you see a charge from Krebba that you don't remember or don't recognize, please contact hello@trykrebba.shop before disputing it with your bank. We can look up your account by email or the last 4 digits of your card and tell you exactly what the charge was for, when you joined, and how to cancel if you'd like to. We would rather explain a charge and cancel a membership than have you go through your bank.
