These Terms of Service govern your use of trykrebba.shop ("Krebba," "we," "us," "our") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizing, and minor packaging details may vary slightly from photos. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact hello@trykrebba.shop and we will make it right under our Refund Policy.

2. VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP — RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION

Some orders include, or offer the option to add, a VIP Club Membership. This is important, so we're stating it plainly:

• VIP Club Membership is a RECURRING, AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING monthly subscription.
• It bills automatically every month at the rate disclosed at the time you joined ($39.99/month unless stated otherwise) until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy for exactly how.
• Membership benefits (discounts, milestone store credit) are tied to active, unpaused membership status.

If you did not intend to join VIP Club Membership, or are unsure whether you did, contact hello@trykrebba.shop — we will check your account and clear up the confusion directly and quickly.

3. PAYMENT

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for your order total at checkout, and, if you hold an active VIP Club Membership, to charge it automatically on each subsequent monthly renewal until you cancel. You're responsible for keeping your payment information current.

4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND DISPUTES

Our full Refund Policy and Subscription Cancellation Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Before filing a chargeback or bank dispute, we ask that you contact hello@trykrebba.shop first — most billing questions can be resolved directly and faster than through a bank dispute, and we keep complete records of every order and subscription event to help resolve any question quickly.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including your shipping address and payment details. We are not responsible for orders misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of trykrebba.shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
